How to use Mas-Q-Check?
The Mas-Q-Check is developed by Palas®, including a sampling head and the control unit. The sampling head has two samples. The upper one is used to measure the particles in air, and the lower one passes through the mouth of sampling head. The control unit shows the effciency of the masks. CEO of Palas®, Dr. Maximilian Weiß will show us how to use Mas-Q-Check.
Mas-Q-Check is easy to operate: just switch it on, and put the mask on the sampling head, then the test can begin. Mas-Q-Check can measure the air and particles passing through the mask within 10 seconds, and then measure the sampling without the mask after 10 seconds. It only takes less than 1 minute to know the protective effect of the mask.
The result of every measurement will be stored in a data file, and each mask has a corresponding ID. Through this we can know exactly what you have measured, when you have measured, and what was the result of the measurement. In addition, we can also add a printer to print labels for each mask. We can know that the mask is measured and checked every day and is safe to use.
