Palas® FET System: Filter Elements Performance Test

The test rigs of the FET Systems enable a reliable control of complete filter elements up to a size of 610 • 610 • 610 mm. This allows you to effectively and reliably ensure the quality of your products. Our test equipment tests better than required by numerous standards, e.g., ISO 16890, ISO 11155, ISO 5011, ASHRAE 52.2 or ISO 29463-3/-5.

In addition to total penetration, pressure drop across the filter elements and loading, the FET Systems test rigs determine fractional collection efficiency over a size range of 0.02 up to 40 µm.

Palas® LFT System: Leakage Scan Test Rigs for HEPA/ULPA Filters based on ISO 29463

HEPA and ULPA filters are critical components in various industries, particularly in cleanrooms, healthcare, and areas requiring high levels of air purity. Testing these filters according to the ISO 29463-4/-5 standards is essential to ensure their performance meets the stringent requirements for particle filtration efficiency. Palas® MFP System: Filter Media Performance Test Rig

Filter materials of various types ensure clean air indoors. Palas rigs test a wide range of filter materials, from vacuum cleaners and cabin air filters to engine air filters. The range of test tasks is just as wide as the spectrum of different filter materials, whether they are used as prefilters, main filters, coarse filters or high-performance HEPA filters.

Palas offers manufacturers of filter materials measuring systems with which they can reliably and at any time reproducibly determine the separation behavior as a function of the particle size.
