This is where Palas\u00ae comes into play. For example, the U-SMPS universal scanning mobility particle sizer developed by Palas\u00ae combines the advantages of nanometer measurement, flexible and convenient operation, and accurate monitoring results. Suitable for a variety of research scenarios, it can effectively measure and evaluate air pollution levels. Users did benefit from the U-SMPS&#8217; intuitive interface and standalone device with an integrated data logger. The device enables remote control via TeamViewer\u00ae and Windows. The monitoring started with the departure of the ship. The device was placed at a terminal around 400 meters distance to the runway. Changes in the number of particles with specific sizes became visible. At the same time, the particle size distribution maps can be automatically merged to obtain intuitive data results.<\/p>\n<p>Pure optical detection is limited to particles &gt; 120 nm.
