{"id":3736,"date":"2020-07-20T06:30:19","date_gmt":"2020-07-20T06:30:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/palas-china.com.cn\/en\/?post_type=product&#038;p=3736"},"modified":"2025-01-23T12:23:04","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T04:23:04","slug":"mfp-4000","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/palas.com.cn\/en\/product\/mfp-4000\/","title":{"rendered":"MFP 4000"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MFP filter test rigs from Palas<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0have already proved themselves many times over all around the world in practical applications in development and quality control.<\/p>\n<p>The MFP filter test rig is a modular filter testing system for flat filter media and small mini-filters.<\/p>\n<p>This enables you to determine the<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008b57;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>pressure loss curve on the medium without a dust coating,<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008b57;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>fraction separation efficiency, or<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008b57;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>burden and fraction separation efficiency during application of the burden<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008b57;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>and the gravimetric separation efficiency<\/b><\/p>\n<p>within shortest times \u2013 reliably and therefore cost-effectively.<\/p>\n<p>The MFP 4000 operates in suction mode. This ensures a particularly uniform formation of the dust cake even at high inflow speeds.<\/p>\n<p>With the new FTControl test rig software of the MFP 4000, the aerosol spectrometer Promo<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a01000\/2000 is used for clear and reliable determination of the aerosol concentration and particle size and therefore clear determination of the fraction separation efficiency.The use of one aerosol spectrometer Promo<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a01000\/2000 in raw gas and one in clean gas within simultaneous operation offers the following advantages:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008b57;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>Fully-automatic simultaneous measurement of fraction separation efficiency<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008b57;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Faster determination of the beginning fraction separation efficiency because of bisection of the testing time for the fraction seperation efficiency.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008b57;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Higher temporal resolution for the measurement of fraction seperation efficiency during loading.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008b57;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>Using the testing system for very high and very low aerosol concentrations.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The largely automated setup of the test sequence in conjunction with the clearly defined individual components and the individually adjustable sequence programs of the filter test software FTControl combine to deliver the high reliability of our measurement results.<\/p>\n<p><b>Our quality in detail<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3992\" src=\"https:\/\/palas-china.com.cn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/MFP-3000-mit-Nummern-238x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"238\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/palas.com.cn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/MFP-3000-mit-Nummern-238x300.jpg 238w, https:\/\/palas.com.cn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/MFP-3000-mit-Nummern.jpg 554w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 238px) 100vw, 238px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fig. 2: MFP 4000 (old image)<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<b>Variable aerosol generation<\/b>\u00a0Thanks to the use of different dispersers for dusts, KCl\/NaCl, DEHS etc.; shortened measurement times are possible e.g. through increased dust concentration<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0<b>Corona discharge<\/b>\u00a0(optional): Adjustable ion stream for different mass flows. Mixed air, adjustable for inflow speeds from 0.05 to 1 m\/s. Raw gas sensor<\/p>\n<p>7. Clean gas sensor<\/p>\n<p><b>Automation<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The MFP 4000 has an integrated mass flow controller that it uses to control the volume flow. The volume flow rates are automatically monitored and controlled by the FTControl filter test software.
